  Terrible customer service! They didn't listen to my requests when they were installing my system. I also have a pile of cords in my built ins I had to pay them for and they aren't hooked up to anything?!
  
  They won't come over to give me a demo on my system, Didn't hook up one of my DVD Players, Didn't run a power cord for my sound bar, a almost $300.00 universal remote works sporadically!
  
  I am in the process of hiring another company to come in and fix the problems I have had with Audio Impact LLC in Grand Haven, Spring Lake area.
