  I used to enjoy the service and would tip according to how long it took the drivers to get here since it is only a 5 minute drive. I attempted to order a couple of subs and cheese sticks (I ordered this a week or so ago with no problem). The guy said well we can't deliver because it has to be at least $20, so I asked the total and it was close to $23. It's just silly that a customer even has to deal with things like this. Do you want a sale or not? You charge 4 or 5 bucks to deliver to someone a mile and a half away. I never had this issue with Jets before. I guess it's better to treat customers like I can't take your order because you're not spending enough for me to worry about. But if you order some ranch sauce with that we can deliver. What do I need sauce for? Needless to say I went somewhere else. I would rather pay more or drive myself than be treated like I'm dumb. Keep your seasonal customers, it only lasts for a few months a year. This resident will go somewhere else from now on.
